Claire Oh is a licensed Toronto real estate agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from years of experience as Property, Condominium site, Commercial Leasing, and Co-op Housing Management, Claire built a reputation for refreshingly friendly customer care, demonstrated strong relationship and communication skills, and proven ability to guide and educate buyers to obtain the best value for their luxury homes for sale in Toronto, and to assist sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Claire has been successful as a Commercial Leasing and Property Administrator who reviewed and interpreted commercial, industrial, and retail leases, as well as other legal documents provided by lease documentation. She also worked with building technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items, coordinating and monitoring status of work assigned to vendors. Claire success can be attributed to her experience, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and dedication to clients. Barry Zhuang

Barry Zhuang is the newest member of the Robert Greenberg Team, bringing with him over a decade of combined experience in real estate and residential construction. Born in China and raised in Toronto, Barry is fluent in both Mandarin and English, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele with ease and cultural sensitivity.
A graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics and Philosophy, Barry began his career working in his family's tarion builder business as an assistant site supervisor. Over five years, he played a key role in several subdivision projects across Toronto and Markham, as well as more than ten high-end custom home builds in prestigious neighborhoods such as C12 and C04. His early hands-on experience gave him in-depth knowledge of luxury home construction and a strong network of trusted tradespeople, builders/GCs, architects/planner/consultant, and city inspectors.
Barry transitioned into full-time real estate five years ago, specializing in the Toronto condo market. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, he was instrumental in helping many first-time homebuyers secure their ideal homes—offering patient, thoughtful, and sincere service that consistently puts his clients' needs first.
